Looking to Fill Your Freezer With Growth Hormone and Antibiotic Free Beef?

At Elston Beef, we sell animals by the whole, half, and half of a half (quarter). We deliver your animal to the meat locker, you provide cutting instructions (*on wholes and halves only), then you pick up your packaged beef when processing is complete. This allows for flexibility on how your meat is packaged.

You pay Elston Beef for the animal and pay the meat locker for the processing. To order, fill out Beef Order Form below. Once Elston Beef receives your order, you will be invoiced for the DEPOSIT. The deposit will be deducted from your final payment to Elston Beef.

* If interested in a half of a half (quarter) of an animal, your quarter will be part of an animal marked for quarters. Therefore, Elston Beef determines cutting instructions.
